The boys will begin their shows with a date at HRH AOR Fest 2019, their fourth appearance at the festival in a row. The Radio Sun will then play a special one off London date at The Water Rats venue where they will perform two sets, acoustic (in the tradition of their VIP HRH unplugged sessions) and then a full electric set. Once again, THE RADIO SUN have teamed with the great Paul Laine, who mixed the new album as well as co-writing three tracks and adding a special guest lead vocal on a song ‘Science Fiction Make Believe’.
Guitarist Stevie Janevski states enthusiastically; “The Heaven Or Heartbreak album title stands for our belief in melodic heavy rock. It’s our ‘heaven!’ We’ve grown as a band – and it would be our ‘heartbreak’ if this new album doesn’t extend our fanbase. All of us spent a lot of time on writing the songs and really believe it’s a good album with no fillers. We’re all really looking forward to getting out there and touring the album in as many parts of the world as possible”.
The Radio Sun debut album ‘Wrong Things Right’ was a top seller for MelodicRock Records and was well received by the press & public worldwide with favourable reviews in major scribes such as Classic Rock, Powerplay, Fireworks and Burrn! amongst others.
Two appearances at MelodicRockFest 3 & 4 in Chicago U.S.A. helped showcase The Radio Sun’s live experience with notable first class four part vocal harmonies (a standout on the new album) which impressed so much that Paul Laine asked the band to be his backing band for live shows in America and in Australia.

Australia's The Radio Sun have been very busy since they formed in 2012. With past members from the excellent Square One and some of Melbourne's best local musos, The Radio Sun are about catchy rocking songs with an emphasis on layered vocal harmonies somewhere in between Rick Springfield, Nelson, Firehouse and The Marvelous 3.
After locking in Paul Laine (solo, Danger Danger, Shugaazer) to mix the band's debut album in 2013, The Radio Sun impressed so much that Paul Laine asked the guys to be his backing band on his recent tour downunder. The Radio Sun will also do double duty at next year's MelodicRockFest 4 by again being a part of the Paul Laine band and then performing the very next day in their own showcase set. Things are definitely looking up for the boys from downunder with their debut album Wrong Things Right to be released through MelodicRockRecords May 19.
