MelodicRock Classics is excited to unveil the last of 4 new reissue releases due out May 26.

Terry Carolan ‘Inbalance’ is the last piece of the puzzle and is the 3rd of the 4 titles coming that will be part of the 500 Series of titles – meaning one pressing, 500 units, then done. When it’s sold out its gone forever once again.

American singer/songwriter Terry Corolan made his start as a drummer in Florida in the 70s, before taking up guitar and songwriting and moving around the country in various bands before moving to Los Angeles with Just Boys in the late 70s before transforming to a new solo artist.

He started his solo career by recording two separate EPs, one titled ‘Inbalance’ (1988) and the other ‘River Of Promises’ (1989).
His career has been busy and full, but for his collaboration with MelodicRock Classics, Terry and the label have coupled those 2 classic melodic rock EPs, both freshly remastered by JK Northrup and with the addition of 4 special bonus tracks – the details of which we will announce shortly.

JK is still at work on these tunes, so today we will present the original audio, not yet remastered.

Designer Nello Del’Omo has crafted a new cover art using one of the original EP graphics.

For now, here is the planned sequence:

LEVEL & THE TOMS Both Come To CD For First Time May 26 via MRC

Artist:
Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label
May 26 will be a busy day for the MelodicRock Classics and fans of the genre, with circumstances bringing several projects all to fruition at the same time. So why not give fans the option to dive into 4 classic albums at the same time?

MelodicRock Classics is excited to unveil the next two of 4 releases due out May 26.

Tommy Marolda is a respected Grammy nominated songwriter, musician, record producer, engineer and music publisher who has appeared on more than 50 albums either as an artist, producer or composer. Power pop fans will know Tommy as the architect of two magnificent bands in The Toms (est. 1979) and more recently Horizontal Ladies Club (1995).

Working in the music business for more than 30 years, Tommy and his three bands, The Toms, Horizontal Ladies Club and Blue Toothpick, continue to record and release alternative and independent music. He has been nominated for a Grammy Award and has worked on gold and platinum albums with artists such as Cher, Bee Gees, The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Rod Stewart and Bon Jovi and the Vegas Golden Knights NHL team.

MelodicRock Records is thrilled to partner with Tommy for two projects, both of which will be released May 26.

Starting with the first ever CD release of the classic The Toms 1986 power pop album ‘Yawning For Pleasure’. It’s the most AOR flavoured release of The Toms catalogue and has never been on CD until now.

JK Northrup has overseen the remastering of the original master files, with the addition of four additional unreleased bonus tracks!

MelodicRock Classics will make The Toms album available as part of its new 500 Series of titles – meaning one pressing, 500 units, then done. When it’s sold out its gone forever once again.

Track Listing:
01. There Goes My Heart 4:04
02. One Man's Love 3:54

Also coming out May 26 is the second Tommy Marolda project, this one being a real hidden gem for fans of early 80s AOR and pomp rock fans – the one and only album by USA band Level.

Level’s 1982 self-titled release is another of those lost classics, a real AOR obscurity that was only ever issued on LP and even that now fetches huge prices.

Tommy produced and engineered the album as well as co-writing one track. Here he has again provided the masters for JK Northrup to upgrade, adding the extra track not credited on the LP artwork and an exclusive previously unreleased bonus track.

Level featured the line-up of:

Mark Massiello - Drums

MelodicRock Classics is excited to unveil the first of 4 releases due out May 26.

About George Hills:

As a teenager, George found himself drawn primarily to artists considered part of the second British rock invasion of the 70’s: David Bowie, The Beatles, and Genesis were some of his biggest influences, and George acknowledges the influence such artists have had on his writing style.

George’s debut album, ‘Dancing With A Stranger’, was recorded piecemeal between 1987 and 1990.

What started out as a three-song demo recorded in a 24-track studio eventually shaped into a full- fledged album once George signed a record deal with local indie Tandem Records in 1989.

Contract in hand, George now had the backing he needed to complete his album, and in early 1991,Tandem produced a music video for the title track, Dancing With A Stranger to coincide with the album’s release later that year.

In the years that followed, George performed extensively on the local club circuit. He also toured much of Canada backing various artists and fronting a series of bands that included The Best of the British Invasions, a costumed tribute to ten of George’s favourite artists.

In 2002, George released a second CD titled, ‘What to Say that’s Not Been Said’. Stay tuned for George to re-release this infectious alternative rock CD.

Founding member Chris Duval describes the band that became A is A as beginning as a dream. A dream that almost came true but fell apart despite having everything going for them and the necessary songs and talent to become a force in the music business. Sometimes you just need an extra piece of luck.

MelodicRock Classics has been working with the band over the past 6 months to put together the complete A is A picture, including tracks recently revamped by the band's founder, plus all studio recordings that reflect changing lineups and studio sessions and some historic original demos. Finally, there are four original tracks recorded when the band started out as Thunderhouse.

This deluxe 2-disc set will be released April 28 via MRC, remastered to perfection again by JK Northrup.

About A is A:
After a decade performing in bands throughout western New York state, keyboardist/guitarist Chris Duval relocated to Boston in 1985. Boston's original music scene was thriving, and he was confident that in that environment, he'd be able to create his ideal band; a powerful, collaborative hard rock band focused on well-crafted, melodic songs, strong vocals and great musicianship.

Drummer Steve Shields was the first to join, eventually followed by guitarist/vocalist Dale Stephanos. Chris' brother Tom, a veteran of the Greenwich Village folk scene, relocated to Boston to join on bass and vocals. Completing the lineup was lead vocalist Mitch Jeffers, another transplant to Boston from Pennsylvania. The band began writing and performing as “Thunderhouse” in 1987.

In the spring of 1988, Thunderhouse recorded a self-produced, four song demo at Normandy Sound in Rhode Island. The demo received glowing reviews in the local music press and received local and regional airplay. The material the band began writing after this session started becoming more nuanced and mature. In late 1988, drummer Chuck Schuler was asked to join the band. Despite the risk of losing name recognition, the band decided to re-brand itself “A is A”, after their song of the same name.

With Chuck in place, the quality of the band's songwriting took another leap forward in depth and sophistication. They retired many of their Thunderhouse-era songs in favor of newer, stronger and more collaborative material. Those songs that survived the purge were reworked and revised. The much-improved A is A started performing in February of 1989.

Their second self-produced demo, recorded in April of 1989, was a major step forward from their previous work. These new songs were ambitious, intricate and sincere. Critical reaction was overwhelmingly positive, and “Barriers” was released on a compilation CD of new artists.

A home 8 track demo recording done in the fall of 1989 documented the band's continued growth as songwriters and performers. In late 1990, Chris engineered another two-song demo. The arrangements and performances are sparse, raw, and real. “The Nature Of His Love”, a metaphor for the band's struggle to succeed, received local radio airplay.

A is A had become a creative force, collaborating on ever more interesting and dynamic music, and new songs were being introduced at many of their shows. But despite their growing recognition, the meager pay at local clubs couldn't begin to cover the costs of rehearsal space, promotional material, transportation, equipment and recording time. A is A were living literally hand to mouth, fighting to juggle their day jobs in the face of the relentless financial and time demands of their frequent rehearsals and performances.

Quite suddenly, in early 1991, A is A collapsed under those pressures. Tom left the band, and while auditions were held to replace him, it became obvious that what A is A had become, a deeply integrated, collaborative musical entity, could not exist without the lineup it had. More succinctly, A could only be A.

Twenty years later, unable to get the music out of his mind, Chris tracked several of A is A's unrecorded songs in his home studio and began posting them for prosperity. These, along with “On The Bridge”, recorded by Tom in his home studio, and often used as a closer at A is A live shows, round out this collection.

To see the band recorded live in their heyday, check out this great live recording, which features songs included on “A is A: The Complete Recordings”

JOHN WEST ‘Days Of Destiny’ Compiles 1988-1991 Material on MRC

Artist:
Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label

MelodicRock Classics is excited to team up with one of hard rock’s premiere voices – the great JOHN WEST. John has an extensive resume that dates back to the late 80s, yet his emergence as one of hard rock’s go to vocalists didn’t come until the mid-90s.

Fronting such legendary bands as Royal Hunt, Artension and Sun Red Sun, as well as delivering several solo records, his unmistakable and powerful vocals founded a solid following of fans.

This album also features 3x Grammy winning producer/songwriter, keyboardist Lonnie Park.

This collection of early works, some of which were released on cassette only under his own name and the group name Destiny were all recorded between 1988 and 1991.

The lineup for these tracks was:

John West – Lead Vocals, Guitars

Lonnie Park – Keyboards, Backing Vocals

Ian Budha – Drums, Backing Vocals

Billy Ray Gunn – Bass, Backing Vocals

John West: “My plan was never to end up as a journeyman lead singer. I was a band guy, and even more so – a band of friend’s guy. I assembled a group of friends and players to form Destiny with Ian and Billy, after our days in Adam/West together. Here you will find the Destiny four song cassette that we released and sold at shows. You will also find the six songs from my first solo release. In addition, we have some demos to throw in for you music lovers. Not perfect, but perfectly ready to be heard by the world! Enjoy -and thanks to all involved in my formative years and beyond. What a career, and all based on plan B.”

Lonnie Park: “When I first saw John and Ian play I was 17 years old and instantly became a fan of them both. When they started the band Destiny and invited me to join, I jumped at the chance. It was also the beginning of a lifelong brotherhood. These recordings take me back to being a hungry but clueless kid learning how to record, write, perform, a lot about the business, and discipline.”

Billy Ray Gun: “I’m truly honored to grow up as one of John West’s best friends and I’ll always have a profound appreciation for everyone in this band – seriously some of the greatest years of my life. PLAY IT LOUD!”

Ian Budha: “At the age of 17 I was fortunate enough to cross paths with John who saw something in my playing and took me under his wings. Just a couple of kids with big dreams, drive and determination to be successful in the music business. The culmination being these 13 songs we recorded in our band called Destiny. Unfortunately, we came up just a little short in our quest but this was the bedrock we all stood upon to launch our music careers.”

MRC will release JOHN WEST – Days Of Destiny on March 24.

Artist:
Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label

MelodicRock Classics is honoured to partner with cult classic 80s high-tech AOR band THE KOO for a long-awaited remaster of their classic 1985 LP, which was briefly released on CD in 1988.

It was the band’s one and only release and copies soon disappeared and the album has been sought after and sold for big money over the last couple of decades.

Restoring the original LP artwork as well as the original running order was top of priorities for the label and the band. As is always the case with MRC releases, audio guru JK Northrup has lovingly remastered the audio, as taken from the original CD release.

Bob Hayman comments: “The album was originally released on LP and cassette in 1985 and the analog masters are no longer in existence. The original release was only 10 tracks. In 1988 we released the CD with 2 additional tracks, “Got To Get Together” and “Runaway”.

Thank you for your interest in reissuing The Koo. This album meant a lot to John and I and we appreciate you wanting to preserve it.”

PERSON TO PERSON And BRETT WALKER Releases Due on MRC

MelodicRock Classics Label

ORDER NOW: https://melodicrockclassics.com/brettwalker.html

THE BRETT WALKER ARCHIVES:

About The Audio:

Titled ‘Last Parade’ (after one of the unreleased tracks), the special limited-edition package paid tribute to one of the great songwriters of this genre. Brett tragically and suddenly passed away in July 2013, with a special tribute paid to him by his band and wife at MRF3 later that year.

I kept in touch, recalling various conversations I had with Brett about releasing his Person To Person songs and some of his unreleased demos, which collectors had been trading for some years.
Brett’s wife Sheron and I agreed to look at what was available and see what could be done. Brett’s entire DAT collection was sent to me to digitize, which lead to an extraordinary discovery.

Over no less than 47 DATs, it became evident that Brett was sitting on a treasure trove of unreleased material. I was blown away at the quality and the brilliance of these songs, with a cross-reference of styles present from throughout Brett’s career.
Some of the older unreleased material rivals the classic ‘Nevertheless’ album for melodic rock brilliance. Fans of all eras will in fact, be blown away I’m sure.

‘Last Parade’ is the most complex project I’ve ever put together, mainly because of the vast number of songs. At last count there was 174 song files in the “Work In Progress” folder. There were at least 2 versions of almost every track on the DATs and sometimes 5 or even 6! Some are from all different mixes, others various audio quality and some completely different versions of known songs.
JK Northrup has been mastering and remastering for the past several months!
Either way…lots of listening time and so many amazing songs.

Long may Brett’s music live on.

Now Out Of Print, the box set is brought back to life here in two individual sets, both featuring exclusive previously unreleased songs that only came as a digital bonus to purchases of the original box set.

There has been some demand for a truncated version of the box set, as well as a stand-alone release of the Person To Person tracks.

So it is with great pleasure that MelodicRock Classics has gone to work on two exclusive new releases due out February 24.

Person To Person – ‘The Complete Recordings’ (2CD Set) and
Brett Walker – ‘Highlights From The Last Parade’ (2CD Set)

That’s 4 discs of Brett Walker and Person To Person magic. The original purchase of the box set came with some 50+ bonus tracks in MP3 download – songs which we didn’t have room for on the original set, so several of those songs have been curated to appear as bonus tracks on each release – exclusively on CD for the first time.

For the Person To Person cover art, the band’s original and only promo shot was black and white. Par Winberg took the picture and used new AI colouring technology to make an accurate portrait of the band just as they were ready to launch.

LAST TEMPTATION ‘Love Wins’ Remastered Album Out Now on MRC

Label:
MRC
Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label
MelodicRock Classics is excited to kick off 2023 with a fresh take on a much sought-after release from classic hard rockers LAST TEMPTATION.
The 10 tracks that made up the band’s original self-titled independent 2009 release have been re-ordered into a sequence the band thinks work better, but not only that, three unreleased tracks from the same original sessions have been freshly re-recorded and added to the album to make the definitive perfect LAST TEMPTATION release.
The upgraded album gets a new title too. Love Wins, with all tracks – classic and new – remastered by sound wiz JK Northrup will be released by MRC January 27. Pre-orders will be available next week.
The band states: “After all these years the band is very excited to record and release 3 new songs along with the original 10 tracks from our last album that some fans were not able to purchase.
The new album titled ‘Love Wins’ will feature 13 tracks, newly packaged and ready for release soon. Arnie, Frank, Steve, Steve and Allan would like to say thanks to Andrew and the melodic rock community for this opportunity and we’re excited for the possibilities of 2023 and beyond.
See you soon!”
About LAST TEMPTATION:
LAST TEMPTATION was started in the mid 80’s by guitarist/songwriter Arnie Miot and it wasn’t until almost 1990 that vocalist Frank Vestry teamed up with Arnie to create what would become the current version of the band. Bassist Steve Hervatic, drummer Steve Murphy and keyboardist Allan Gabay round out the group.
Arnie’s brilliant guitar work and Frank’s signature vocals along with top notch song writing are what made and still makes the band popular amongst melodic rock fans.
This New York/New Jersey based pro-level band is made up of members that have toured with national acts and played with some of the biggest artists in the industry.
Last Temptation had an amazing run, but never reached the level of stardom that they all wanted so badly. After all these years the band is thrilled to release “Love Wins” which includes 3 new tracks just recently recorded on Long Island and in Florida.
Track Listing:
01. Love Wins In The End (New)
02. Break It
03. Last Temptation

2AM Classic ‘When Every Second Counts’ Ltd Ed CD Reissue on MRC

Artist:
Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label

MelodicRock Classics is excited to announce the limited-edition reissue of four acclaimed cult classic AOR albums over the next two months. Each album has won fan and critical praise over the years and all four titles have remained on the impossible to find list for many collectors.

The campaign begins August 26 with reissues of two British classics – CHRIS IRVINE and 2AM.

On September 30, two more classics arrive – LAMARCA and YA YA ‘II’.

2AM is the brain child of vocalist Dave Lloyd (Nutz/Rage) and guitarist/songwriter Mark Thomas.

The high-tech AOR duo delivered their one and only album in 1987, before splitting in 1988 after being dropped by their label RCA, leaving behind a true classic that fans have traded audio copies over the last 30 years.

Unfortunately, there is a sad side to this reissue. Mark Thomas was only recently discovered to have passed away several years ago after dropping out of the industry many years earlier.

In 2003 Judges sitting in the High Court in London ruled that American singer Bobby Womack had stolen the 2am song ‘You’re The One’, awarding Thomas GBP57,000 in royalties.

Unable to afford to pursue Womack in US courts for payments that never came, Mark left the business with a bitter taste.

It is hoped that this official remaster, which comes on the 35th Anniversary of the album’s release, will help remind fans of what a fantastic writer and guitarist Mark Thomas was and close the 2AM story on a positive note.

There are no additional songs recorded at the time that could be used as bonus tracks, but there is one additional track ‘Right Now I Need You’ that was a B-side on the 1987 12” single ‘Somebody Someday’.

2am ‘When Every Second Counts’ has been lovingly remastered from the original CD audio by JK Northrup, giving the songs fresh new life.

MelodicRock Classics presents 2AM ‘When Every Second Counts’ August 26. Limited Edition 500 Units.

About YaYa:

What’s the first thing you do when you put together a new band? Get yourself a few dates perhaps, knock together a sound and an identity on the road? Well, when YaYa came together in 1983, that’s what they figured too, so they naturally set off on a tour of India and Thailand.

Not exactly the crammed-in-a-Transit Van pub scene, but the tour had the same effect in defining and refining the band’s music and identity and also introduced a lot of people to western rock music who might never have got acquainted otherwise.

Bassist Terry Stevens and drummer Graham Garrett are the founding members of YaYa. Both brought experience of playing in other bands separately and together and both were impressed when they chanced upon guitarist Ray Callcut. Lead vocalist Sam Blue is a later addition to the group, joining in early 1986 after the others had started work on their self-titled album. When they realised that something extra needed adding to the vocals, Terry, Graham and Ray remembered Sam who they’d seen playing at London venues.

The new vocalist had been touring for some time with various bands, supplementing this with chorus work in the hit West End musical, Time. As a Geordie, he is the only member of the band not from London.

The band came to the attention of several major record companies and were signed by WEA Records (Warner Brothers) by the boss of WEA, Rob Dickins in the UK and Atlantic (Atco) Records in the US. Work on the album began in Hollywood, Los Angeles with renowned producer Mike Chapman, (Blondie, Pat Benatar, Tina Turner, The Knack) an experience that YaYa hold very dear. As Terry remarks, “If we had any doubts at that stage, Mike Chapman was the one who dispelled them.”

Later, the band returned to London to work with producers Tony Taverner (ELP, Power Station) and Adrian Lee (Toyah, Mike and The Mechanics) before flying to New York City where Mike Shipley (Def Leppard, The Cars, Mr Mister) remixed the album.

The band write all their own material. The first single ‘When The World Cried’ tells the tragic story of the death of John Lennon.

Keyboards are supplied by session player and longtime cohort of the band, Nick Coler. (Alice Cooper, Zodiac Mindwarp)

Following completion of the album, the band played to a sell-out crowd at London’s Marquee Club and then embarked on a 15 date UK tour supporting The Cross, a band put together by Queen’s Roger Taylor. Following a very successful tour, YaYa were asked to continue onto the European leg of the tour but the wanderlust in them struck again and they promptly opted instead to accept an offer of a 10 week tour of the old Soviet Union where they played over 60 arena shows across 7 republics.

Different members have different roots and consider themselves as highly individual but at the same time a very strong, close-knit unit. This has led them to write film scores together, do session work for other artists and even form their own football team.

YaYa lay dormant for many years whilst the individual members worked on separate projects, but they kept in touch. Interest in the band never waned and this led to a remastered version of the album being released. It contains bonus tracks which retain the essence of the band whilst adding a contemporary aspect.

VAN STEPHENSON ‘Van’s Versions’ 2CD Set Out Nov 25 on MRC

Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label

MelodicRock Classics is proud and honoured to partner with the family of the late, great VAN STEPHENSON, plus his many co-writers and musical partners, to pay tribute to the legacy of the legendary singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist with a series of archive releases, culminating in two career spanning box sets, featuring all unreleased songs from his vast songwriting archives.

MRC Owner and A&R director Andrew McNeice has been given the responsibility of archiving Van’s songwriting demos from the 70s, right up until the last songs he wrote.

Over 12 months of work behind the scenes will come to fruition November 25, with the first two releases from the Van Stephenson Archives.

BUY NOW: https://melodicrockclassics.com/vanstephenson.html

The second title to be announced is also due for release November 25.

Van Stephenson – ‘Van’s Versions’, a 2CD compilation of songs written or co-written by Van and previously recorded and released elsewhere.

The songs are all cultivated from Van’s unreleased archives and feature songs written by him alone plus other songs co-written with his writing partners Sam Lorber, Jeff Silbar, Dave Robbins, Jan Buckingham, Phil Brown, Tim DuBois, Bob Farrell and more.

McNeice comments: “The idea for this compilation came while I was slowly going through all of Van’s demo archives. It is already clear just what an amazing writer and vocalist Van was, but I was pleasantly surprised with just how many tracks there are of Van’s that other artists had recorded. When you have the likes of Eric Clapton, Laura Branigan, Kenny Rogers, Dan Seals, Juice Newton and Restless Heart picking your songs to record, then you must appreciate just how good those songs are and the importance of highlighting them.

Van’s vast archives included his own original demo versions of many of these songs and it was so good to hear Van’s voice driving songs you might already know.

The need for ‘Van’s Versions’ became clear. I thought a nice idea would be to put all these songs into one compilation, which turned into a 41 song, double CD set.

The set features the varied musical styles Van wrote for over the years, including Pop, AOR, Rock, Midwestern & Country.

Included among the songs are some original demo versions Van recorded himself for his two MCA albums, giving further insight into Van’s writing and recording process.

It also allows space for the upcoming box sets to feature exclusively unreleased material, which is something I know a lot of people are looking forward to hearing.”

To complete the package, artwork from French graphic artist Arnaud Leger has been specially commissioned, plus the audio for both discs has been carefully restored and remastered by acclaimed producer JK Northrup.

Pre-orders will be available from next Monday and the complete track listing for ‘Van’s Versions’ (and the artist that recorded the songs) are as follows:

TIM – Lost 1983 Album Feat. Thom Griffin & Bruce Gaitsch on MRC

Artist:
Categories:
MelodicRock Classics Label

Finally, the answer to the question – Who Is TIM?

TIM were an ‘almost super-group’, at least with the benefit on hindsight they sure are. Not so much at the time of writing and recording this album in 1983. Regrettably, TIM members were so busy individually with sessions, and family commitments, that the band never made any more music together.

TIM is:

Thom Griffin – Vocals, Guitar

Bruce Gaitsch – Guitars

Bob Lizik – Bass

Terry Tossing Esq – Keyboards

Tom Radtke and Jim Hines – Drums

BUY NOW: https://melodicrockclassics.com/tim.html

The individual recording credits of these guys are incredible:

Thom Griffin – Trillion, Ambition, Brian Wilson, Mecca, Pride Of Lions, Jimi Jamsion, Dennis DeYoung

Bruce Gaitsch – Richard Marx, Fergie Frederiksen, Chicago, Peter Cetera, Michael W. Smith, Madonna, Jim Peterik, Kelly Keagy

Bob Lizik – Brian Wilson, Pride Of Lions, Dennis DeYoung, Soleil Moon, Peterik/Scherer, World Stage

Tom Radtke – John Prine, Dennis DeYoung, Barbra Streisand

Jim Hines – Brian Wilson, Cyndi Lauper

Together they made an unreleased masterpiece. An album so good it would have challenged the other rock albums of 1983 for their dominance.

Thom Griffin comments: “TIM was comprised entirely of session players from Chicago. We were consciously trying to be commercially viable. Bruce had a condo in downtown Chicago where we would meet between sessions to write.  I believe we flushed out our ideas on a Fostex 4 track porta-studio.”

Bruce Gaitsch claiming: “We were trying so hard to be Chicago’s Toto!”

All the songs were recorded using analog recording with no auto-tune or quantization or sequencers and were intended as demos with very few overdubs (with the exception of an occasional instrumental overdub, and vocals). The fact they still sound so amazing today is tantamount to the talent behind the writing and recording.

Bruce continues: “I do recall doing sessions all day and going into Universals big room at night, 8:00 and working all night then going right to a session the next day! We used to write when we had time between sessions at my downtown apartment. It was fun, a nice release from doing commercials 6 times a day.”

Bob Lizik recalls calling the band’s sessions as ‘dust rehearsals’ as the low-rent hired rehearsal space still had a dirt floor.

Bruce: “We helped the first rehearsal studio get started by booking lots of hours even when they still had a dirt floor! Rehearsals would be cancelled at the last minute because of work all the time, then we’d see each other at the sessions.”

And the name? There’s been plenty of guesses where it came from. I’ll leave it to Thom Griffin to reveal the truth: “Yes, the name TIM was a reference to ‘Tim, the Enchanter’ in Monty Python’s “Holy Grail!” movie.”

29 years in the making, the debut TIM album will finally and rightfully see the light of day on July 16 via reissue label MelodicRock Classics on Limited Edition CD (1000 units) and Digital.

01. Somethings Coming 3:25

02. Never Let You Get Away 3:52

03. Maybe It’s Better 3:37

04. Astral Games 3:27

05. Think Back   5:09

06. Whatcha Gonna Do 4:18

07. One Dark Night 3:12

08. Victim Of Love 3:43

10. Kiss And Tell 3:20

11. Mary Anna  5:47

All songs written and produced by TIM
