Singer, songwriter David Glen Eisley came on to the music scene back in the mid-eighties penning & performing the hit single “Call to the Heart” from the debt album from Giuffria. After two successful albums, videos and world tour he then joined forces with guitarist Earl Slick of “Bowie/Lennon” fame and released one album with the band Dirty White Boy.

Eisley has always been involved in the bulk of all the writing whether it be solo or a band scenario. As he says jokingly “I don’t do justice to anything other than what I write! I’m just not that type of singer for better or worse! I do “ME” and that’s about it!”
Following the short-lived venture with Slick, David wrote, sang and performed with guitarist Bob Kulick (Kiss, Meatloaf fame) the now iconic “Sweet Victory” which has for years been featured in the beloved episode “Band Geeks” in famous “Sponge Bob Square Pants” television series.

Most recently the resurgence of the song has been staggering and recently charted at #17 on Billboard’s rock charts. It was in high demand & petitioned by multi-millions of fans to be performed by David at the last Super Bowl. To the dismay of many “The Halftime Show” had been already laid out.

Eisley has released a few solo ventures out Worldwide and his new solo record titled “Tattered, Torn & Worn” is complete! Sharing production tasks with David is ace guitarist, singer & engineer Paul “Clem” Calder. The venture has been spread over the span of a year and is “now baked & outta the oven!”

“I’m happiest doin my own thing for whatever that’s worth as I’m a loner at heart...” stated David. He concludes: “I still do this as it keeps me seriously from the looney bin! Writing is like the safest outlet I got! I’m blessed to still have a passion, a voice and a great “right arm man” in “Clem” to do this stuff. Without him I’d be workin it all out on a 6 string banjo! In closing, I guess I’m here for awhile and will more than likely “Rock till I Drop.” ~ DGE

DREAM CHILD Channel Classic Dio On Debut Due Sept 14

Frontiers Music Srl had previously announced the formation of a brand new band featuring legends of the hard rock/heavy metal scene, Dream Child and today announces the release of their debut album, "Until Death Do We Meet Again" is scheduled for September 14.

Dream Child features:

Craig Goldy: Guitars (ex-Ronnie James Dio, Giuffria)
Simon Wright: Drums (ex-AC/DC, DIO, Operation: Mindcrime)
Rudy Sarzo: Bass (ex-Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake/David Coverdale, DIO)
Wayne Findlay: Guitars and Keyboards (Michael Schenker)
Diego Valdez: Vocals (Helker)

Of “You Can’t Take Me Down” Craig Goldy states: “It’s about when all the people, circumstances, obstacles and so forth that life can throw at us take a turn for the worst and that no matter what, we can and will prevail!”
Craig Goldy says, "The band Dream Child was conceived during a brainstorming session with Serafino (President of Frontiers) one day while discussing other matters over the phone. I mentioned that I had been listening to my favorite bands a lot recently, Deep Purple and Rainbow's “Rising" album, among others in that style and had noticed that many people who also love those bands often have the very same comments as one another: "They don't make music like that anymore!" Even though I said that in passing, Serafino asked me a question that would forever shape my future. He simply asked, "Well, can you?" and I said.....”YES!!!"

During the very first public memorial for our most beloved Ronnie James Dio, I had mentioned that whenever I do start writing original material again that I would utilize everything that I had learned from working side by side with the Master for so many years in such a way that I would hope to make him proud....and here it is! The name is inspired by one of his lyrics on the "Dream Evil" album and the nickname he gave me at the time, Dream Child!
We are so very fortunate to have bassist Rudy Sarzo as a featured guest, Simon Wright on drums, Wayne Findlay on guitars and keyboards, and a surprise vocal discovery from Argentina, Diego Valdez, whose voice will send shivers up your spine!!

This album will bring back memories of the days most people have thought were long gone and never to return, yet it is also new and fresh enough to be unique with some unexpected twists and turns!! No more "same old, same old" here, no fillers. Every song is an oasis in the desert and a rare gem in the coal mines of life in this new world that thinks the past greatness of rock would remain in the past. We've brought it back to life once again!!
I am very proud of this album and all who have made this become a reality. There are some big names who've lent a hand in the writing and I am amazed at the new and aggressive sound that producer Alessandro Del Vecchio has brought to these songs!!! I hope you all agree...."

DAVID GLEN EISLEY & CRAIG GOLDY Deliver 'Blood, Guts & Games'

Frontiers Music Srl is proud to announce a new project, Eisley/Goldy, who will release their debut album, “Blood, Guts and Games” on December 1, 2017. The first track from the upcoming release, “The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter” is out today!
Singer David Glen Eisley and guitarist Craig Goldy (Resurrection Kings, exRonnie James Dio), both formerly of GIUFFRIA, have joined forces again in EISLEY/GOLDY, a partnership which sees the two artists bring back the signature sound that launched their careers in the early ‘80s.
As David Glen Eisley stated around October 2014, after several years on hiatus after his 2001 solo effort, “My dear friend of many years, guitar virtuoso Craig Goldy made a surprise visit up to my house, knocked on the door and simply stated ‘Enough of this my friend…time for you to get up off your ass and come back to work!’ He was so adamant, I relented and agreed to join him on a small stage in the San Diego area. It all seemed to go well and the next thing I knew a year later, we were in Nottingham, England playing together again in front of a crowd. We had been discussing writing some material for a potential album during this past year. But where to take it, assuming we were to actually do one? That left a big question, but a simple answer. The BEST Rock & Roll label left on the planet that understood who we were and who we are today. That was Frontiers and our friends Serafino & Mario!! A deal was struck and we both are happy to say "Eisley/Goldy" will be bringing you a new record in 2017. Funny how things happen in this crazy world of Rock & Roll!”
Of first single to be released from the album, Goldy says "the song, "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter" is a song that I know is very close to Dave's own heart.....because of a very special loved one, who is still in search mode for that "one and only", yet still gets kicked around during that quest! For me....this song can indeed be about anyone who is searching for a special someone....or it can also be about the internal search we all feel at times while trying to uncover what special purpose or calling in life we are on this planet for....and that search, though originally generated from the heart, can often become as treacherous as a hunter in the wild!!!"
Eisley/Goldy are joined on the release by drummer Ron Wikso, whose resume includes The Storm, Foreigner, Cher, David Lee Roth, and more. Original Giuffria bassist Chuck Wright also plays on a few tracks on the album and original Giuffria drummer Alan Krigger is featured in "The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter" music video!
